In September 2009, Chatventure implemented JPX at Wehkamp.nl, the largest ecommerce site of The Netherlands. JPX was implemented to enable Wehkamp's customers to share over 100.000 products live within Windows Live Messenger. Chatventure integrated Wehkamp's own virtual Helpdesk "Sanne" into JPX. With the Wehkamp JPX, users are able to instantly share and discuss any product of Wehkamp that they wish to share. Through JPX features such as live zoom, product tagging and co-scrolling, customers get a real Joint Product eXperience.
